Hyatt Regency Kauai Offers Romantic Amenities for Honeymooners

POIPU-KAUAI, HI July 30, 2004 -- The Hyatt Regency Kauai Resort and Spa is offering special "romance" amenities to acknowledge honeymooners who stay at the resort. The new program is designed to enhance their honeymoon vacation and help them plan ahead for their one-year anniversary.

Effective May 10, 2004, honeymooners checking-in at the Hyatt Regency Kauai Resort and Spa will receive a specially designed booklet – "Ten Most Romantic Things To Do." The booklet contains suggestions for activities including a romantic walk along the beach, a pampering session at the award-winning ANARA Spa, and a "Share The Stars" dinner on the beach with a private server. Also included with the booklet are certificates for complimentary champagne and a dessert at Dondero's, the resort's Northern Italian restaurant, named "Best Italian Restaurant on Kauai."

On the last night of their stay, the couple receives a room turndown and a personalized letter from General Manager, Jerry Gibson, plus a $50 certificate to be applied to their return visit to the resort to celebrate their one-year anniversary.

The Honeymoon amenities are available in conjunction with any of the resort's packages such as Sunshine On Sale or Island Hopper. Honeymooners should indicate their newlywed status when they make their reservation.
